Radiant Heating Controls - Design/Build

Boorom was selected to design, build and install a central control system for the Charles Cook Children’s Center at the State University of New York at New Paltz.

Boorom designed a central control system to run all systems efficiently in unison. The center had a single thermostat in each of the 7 zones combined with a switch over to modulate water temperature for a radiant heat floor,

The 6,000-square foot building was designed with a central air distribution system providing cooling, heating and fresh air. The HVAC system also included a radiant floor heating system was included for the comfort of children attending the center.

At the end of construction, our team provided onsite staff with training for all service and maintenance staff.
